Faith

Faith is needed to be pleasant to God.
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please HIM
for he that cometh to God must believe that he is the rewarder of them
that diligently seek HIM.

What is Faith?

Hebrews 11:1 Now Faith is the substance of the things hoped for,
the evidence of the things not seen.
To have faith is to believe in the good things that are yet to come.
To have faith in GOD is to believe in his promises.
To believe GOD will always keep his words.
You can believe that the Lord is doing the things he said he would do.
GOD is just and truthful, to have faith in the Lord is to trust him.
The Lord knows whats best for us before we  do
he knows what paths lay ahead and wants to prepare us.
God doesn't always take us away from our obstacles but he will always take us through
and with Him we will always be victorious.

My pastor has preached a lot about faith and she taught me that
Hebrews 11 contained all the great men of faith
Those great men we are to be mimicked and we are also to learn from their mistakes.

My faith isn't strong enough to move mountains
although i wish it was.
it's not that i don't believe God can do all things it's more of
a would God do this just because I ask for no reason?
I know from experience that God listens when I call on HIM he answers.
Luke 4: 12 And Jesus answering said unto him, It is said, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
So why would I risk  calling on the Lord to test to power of my faith?
I believe in my Lords words and in his promises but I don't think  I am foolish enough to tempt HIM.

Faith is a marvelous gift
to believe and to know that God is always there and would never
forsake me or abandon me is such a relief.
Although i know my faith might be lacking some  I ask you Oh Lord
 to make  me victorious and to Grow in my walk with you I ask you OH Lord to forgive my stuburness and my selfish actions and to help me give you the personal time of day you deserve.
Thank you Jesus.

day 8 of Healthy Temple

reached day 8 of my healthy temple.
We had a blast today we did alot of zumba we went skating and we took a nice walk.
we had a nice healthy meals we didn't go over or calorie limit yay.











zumba 60 mins, walking 30 mins  skating 20 mins Cal Burned :1,166 NET: -1,742

My sister and I have been doing very good in our new healthy start.

day 2 of Healthy Temple

Ok heres how day 2 went.
i know it seems like i have alot of red but my overal grade was
a B- in nutrition.

calori counting

Ok so i decided to start a new diet based on counting my calories.
and I am shocked that with all the good food i ate and bought that this thing is telling me i am not doing things right.
whats in green is  good amount whats in red is to much.
now let me press on that this is 1 meal with drinks + my cappucino from befor  dinner.
the meal was   1 thin slice chicken breast sandwich slices of chedar cheese with 1 tbs of creamy caesar dressing with a small side  of scallop potatoes and a small portion of corn.
2 portions of motts garden vegetable cocktail drink.

and that amounts to almost a full days worth of calories ???
i am doing something wrong i think.
